ORDER

On August 22, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (motion to dismiss). By Order served November 7, 2024, the above-referenced motion to dismiss was assigned to the undersigned for disposition.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is set for hearing at the remote Trial Session scheduled to commence on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 3, 2024, respondent shall file the account transcript for 2013. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order upon Richard Graham at the address stated in respondent's motion to dismiss.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
