On September 29, 2023, Devon D. Dunn filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. On October 16, 2023, Mr. Dunn filed a second Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Dunn's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed September 29, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.

Mr. Dunn is advised that, if he is seeking to amend a previous filing, he should file an amended filing and, if he is seeking to amend a certificate of service, he should file an amended certificate of service.
