HUSBAND AND WIFE, § 213.2 — contempt to enforce separate maintenance decree entered pursuant to Appellate Court's mandate. Decree, entered pursuant to Appellate Court's mandate, awarding separate maintenance to wife and finding that she had expended certain sums for court costs and attorney's fees and was entitled to recover such items from husband and directing that judgment be entered for wife and that execution issue thereon could be enforced in equity by contempt proceedings (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 22, par. 42; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 106.06).
