Graewe's habeas corpus petition was not dismissed due to the actions of Defendants in prohibiting Plaintiff from representing him. Graewe's habeas petition was denied on the merits of the claims he asserted. See Graewe v. Williams, 2011 WL 3652400, at *1 (N.D. Ohio 2011). It was not denied because Defendants confiscated the papers Plaintiff prepared for Graewe. In fact, Graewe filed a motion for extension of time on May 17, 2011, which was granted on May 19, 2011.
