ORDERED:
Plaintiff's Motion for Order Compelling Discovery [Doc. No. 80] is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. To the extent Plaintiff is seeking to compel additional information with respect to waivers or classification hearings, the Court finds that Defendants' responses in their most recent supplemental responses demonstrate that the Motion to Compel those categories of documents is unfounded. Plaintiff shall send to defense counsel within the next 3 days a list of the specificHEARING CONCLUDED. Court in recess: 12:09 p.m.
