ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

On February 28, 2024, the Court received and filed the Notice of Intervention by Paul V. Ramplin. However, Mr. Ramplin's Notice of Intervention was not properly executed in that it does not bear his original signature.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 25, 2024, intervenor Paul V. Ramplin shall file with the Court a ratification bearing Mr. Ramplin's original signature and stating, if such be the case, that he has read the Notice of Intervention filed on February 28, 2024, and ratifies and affirms the filing of said document. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a form that Mr. Ramplin may use for purposes of ratifying and affirming the Notice of Intervention.
