This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 2, 2023, at the Whittaker U.S. Courthouse, Room 1010, in Kansas City, Missouri 64106.
On June 8, 2023, the Court received a Return of Mail containing a copy of the Notice of Trial and the Standing Pretrial order, both served on May 10, 2023, that had been mailed to petitioners.
On June 26, 2023, the Court attempted to contact respondent's counsel to obtain a new address for petitioners. On June 28, 2023, the Court spoke with respondent's counsel, who provided the Court an address for petitioners that was provided to counsel by petitioners' Certified Public Accountant.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' address of record in this case be updated to reflect the address provided to the Court by respondent's counsel. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a copy of this Order; (2) a copy of the Notice of Trial on October 2, 2023, in Kansas City, Missouri; and (3) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order.
