ORDER OF DISMISSAL


On March 10, 2003, the Court issued an order requiring Plaintiff Chaledeeannka D.P. Goyens to show cause why her case should not be dismissed for failure to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a) and for lack of jurisdiction. Goyens' response was due on or before April 7, 2003, and Goyens was notified that failure to respond would result in dismissal of this action.

Goyens has not filed a response or otherwise communicated with the Court; accordingly, this matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
