DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 7, 2021. Motion by the appellant for leave to file a supplemental record containing certain documents. Separate motion by the respondents Chelsea Rental Corp. and Praetorian Insurance Co. to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental record and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondents Chelsea Rental Corp. and Praetorian Insurance Co. and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before March 16, 2022, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the subject documents via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before April 15, 2022, the respondents Chelsea Rental Corp. and Praetorian Insurance Co. shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before May 2, 2022, the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the reply brief and upload a digital copy of the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
