Motion by appellant to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated July 7, 2014, which dismissed as untimely an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 4, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, this court's decision and order on motion dated July 7, 2014 is vacated, and the appeal shall be perfected by December 5, 2014.
