ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's October 17, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, trial session. On July 13, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing (Doc. 8). By Order served July 19, 2022, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled the case for a status hearing at the Court's September 14, 2022, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at which time any third-party subpoena may be returnable.
