IT IS ORDERED that the published opinion filed herein on October 22, 2014, 230 Cal.App.4th 1115; ___ Cal.Rptr.3d ___ be modified as follows:

On page 8, the first sentence of the fourth paragraph [230 Cal.App.4th 1124, advance report, 5th par., line 1] shall be modified to read: “Just last year the Pfeifer court made this even clearer when it affirmed a substantial damage award to husband and wife plaintiffs.”

This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.
