PER CURIAM.

We affirm the issues raised in this appeal, but we remand for the circuit court to enter a written order restoring Michael Gotti to competency, nunc pro tunc to the date the court orally found him competent. Gotti need not be present for this ministerial proceeding. NORTHCUTT, SILBERMAN, and CRENSHAW, JJ., Concur.
