Gottesman v. Gottesman

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 30, 1967
28 A.D.2d 1007 (N.Y. App. Div. 1967)

Opinion

October 30, 1967

Appeal by defendant from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 18, 1967, as directed him to pay $100 a week for support of plaintiff and the infant issue of the parties. Judgment modified, on the law and the facts, by reducing the amount awarded as such support from $100 to $75 per week. As so modified, judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs. In our opinion the amount awarded for alimony and support was excessive to the extent indicated. Beldock, P.J., Christ, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
