This case is on the calendar of the Court's December 16, 2024, trial session in Phoenix, Arizona, during which the Court will have a hearing on respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court reminds the parties that the Standing Pretrial Order remains in full force and effect. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall be prepared for trial at the aforementioned trial session should the Court deny the Motion for Summary Judgment.

Petitioner is likewise advised that failure to appear for the hearing or trial might result in the dismissal of his case and entry of a decision against him.
