On October 16, 2023, the Court received from petitioners a document titled "Answer to Respondent's Stipulation of Facts." The Court will strike this document from the record in this case because a document containing a party's positions as to the other party's proposed stipulation is not a proper filing with the Court.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' "Answer to Respondent's Stipulation of Facts" is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
