ORDER

This appeal was abated and remanded to the trial court to permit a contest to be filed and heard against appellant's affidavit of indigence which was filed in this court. TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(h); Higgins v. Randall County Sheriff's Office, 257 S.W.3d 684 (Tex. 2008). A supplemental clerk's record has been filed containing the trial court's order and written findings stating that a payment plan was agreed upon by appellant and the court reporter. The reporter's record has now been filed in this court and the appellate record is complete.

Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this appeal is REINSTATED on the docket of this Court, and that the appellant's brief is due within thirty (30) days from the date of this order.
