ORDER
Appellant filed a new affidavit of indigence in this court. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1. The court reporter responsible for preparing the reporter's record filed a motion to require the appellant to prove his inability to afford the costs of appeal. See id.; see also TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(f)(3). The trial court has scheduled a hearing on the matter for April 13, 2017, and the court reporter has filed a motion in this court requesting permission to proceed with the trial court hearing. The motion is GRANTED.
Accordingly, this appeal is ABATED for a period of thirty (30) days to permit the trial court to resolve the matter of appellant's claim of inability to pay the costs of appeal. TEX. R. CIV. P. 145. The trial court clerk is ORDERED to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law in this court within thirty days from the date of this order. It is further ORDERED that, if a hearing is held on this matter, a supplemental reporter's record shall also be filed within such thirty-day time period. All other appellate deadlines are suspended pending further order of the court.
