Plaintiff's claims against defendants Kelly Martinez, R.N., Boru Nale, M.D., Karen Todd, P.A., B. Williams, M.D., and Christopher Smith, M.D. are hereby dismissed with prejudice in accordance with the terms of the Stipulation.
