PER CURIAM: We are of the opinion that the papers do not satisfactorily show that the defendant was a non-resident of the State and a resident of the State of California as recited in the warrant of attachment. All concurred. Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion to vacate attachment granted.
