This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 17, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On December 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 7). By Order served December 20, 2022, among other things, respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On March 15, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 9) requesting additional time to reach an agreement on the proposed computations. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 19, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
