Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Pamela J. Koller, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Tyler Gore appeals the circuit court's denial of his Petition for Collateral Review. We affirm the circuit court's order and caution him that abusive, repetitive, malicious, or frivolous filings directed to the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida, Case No. 1999-CF-2529-A-W, may result in sanctions such as a bar on pro se filings in this Court and referral to prison officials for disciplinary proceedings.
