As directed to do so, appellant has filed written verification that he has requested the reporter's record. Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter Heidi J. Darst to file the record no later than June 12, 2024. As the supplemental clerk's record includes a statement of inability to afford costs, the record shall be filed without payment of costs. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145.
We note that appellant comments in his verification of record request that he is representing himself in this appeal. The notice of appeal, however, was filed by Andrew Oostdyk, as attorney for appellant, and Mr. Oostdyk has not filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. See Tex.R.App.P. 6.1, 6.5. Accordingly, until a motion to withdraw is filed and granted, our records will reflect appellant remains represented by Mr. Oostdyk, and communications regarding the appeal will be directed to him.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Darst and the parties.
