ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Petitioner has not filed a ratification of petition, as directed by the Court. The filing fee for this case also has not been paid.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
