MANUEL GORDON, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA,, Appellee.
James S. Purdy, Public Defender, and Glendon G. Gordon, Jr., Assistant Public Defender, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Bonnie Jean Parrish, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.
NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE MOTION FOR REHEARING AND DISPOSITION THEREOF IF FILED Appeal from the Circuit Court for Seminole County, Marlene M. Alva, Judge. James S. Purdy, Public Defender, and Glendon G. Gordon, Jr., Assistant Public Defender, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Bonnie Jean Parrish, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee. PER CURIAM.
We affirm, without further discussion, the judgment and sentence imposed upon Appellant in this Anders appeal. We note that the trial court made a mathematical error in totaling the cost due. We remand for the trial court to enter the correct cost in the amount of $466. See Skinner v. State, 155 So. 3d 497 (Fla. 5th DCA 2015).
AFFIRMED. REMANDED with Instructions. WALLIS, LAMBERT and EDWARDS, JJ., concur
