The petition for writ of prohibition is hereby dismissed as premature and dismissed without prejudice so that petitioner may file a motion in the circuit court requesting that the prohibition against filing pro se pleadings be lifted for the limited purpose of filing motion(s) to disqualify a trial court judge pursuant to Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.160.
