Appeal of a non-final order from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Martin Colin, Judge; L.T. Case No. 90-0774 FD.

The trial court held appellant in contempt for failure to pay alimony. We reverse for a new hearing because, according to a sworn affidavit of the court reporter, approximately twenty-five pages of the transcript of the evidentiary hearing has been lost.

Reversed.
