In an action for judicial separation wherein the plaintiff wife was granted a judgment of separation which directed the payment of alimony to her by the defendant husband, the husband appeals: (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 24, 1961, (a) denying his motion to vacate two judgments entered in the action on January 18, 1961 and on March 8, 1961 in the respective amounts of $2,750 and $5,500 for unpaid arrears of alimony, or, in the alternative, to require the plaintiff to execute and deliver satisfactions of such judgments, and (b) awarding to plaintiff counsel fees of $200 for resisting such motion; and (2) from another order of said court, dated July 24, 1961, (a) granting plaintiff's motion to punish him (the defendant) for contempt for his failure to pay $11,000 arrears in alimony accumulated during the months of November, 1960 to June, 1961, and for his failure to pay counsel fees in the sum of $150, as previously ordered, and (b) granting a new counsel fee in the sum of $300 for services rendered on such contempt application. Orders affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Beldock, Acting P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur. [ 27 Misc.2d 948.]
