James P. GORDON, Appellant v. Amy A. GORDON, Appellee

From the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023-CI-08529 Honorable Mary Lou Alvarez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice

On April 4, 2024, we struck Appellee's brief for citing exhibits rather than the appellate record, and we set Appellee's brief due on April 15, 2024. Because of an error with Appellee's counsel's e-mail address, Appellee did not timely receive our April 4, 2024 order.

On April 23, 2024, Appellee filed an unopposed motion for extension of time to file the brief until May 15, 2024.

Appellee's motion is GRANTED. Appellee's amended brief is due on May 15, 2024.
