Opinion

Case No. 5D19-3323

03-05-2021

Larry Randall GORDON, Appellant, v. Deborah Denise Robertson GORDON, Appellee.

Paula C. Coffman, of Law Office of Paula Coffman, Orlando, for Appellant. David M. Chico, and Benjamin Weissman, and Bryana Connors, of David Chico Law Group, Celebration, for Appellee.

Paula C. Coffman, of Law Office of Paula Coffman, Orlando, for Appellant.

David M. Chico, and Benjamin Weissman, and Bryana Connors, of David Chico Law Group, Celebration, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal of a final order in which the trial court determined that it lacked jurisdiction to enforce certain provisions of its 2009 final judgment of dissolution of marriage. While we affirm the trial court's order, our decision is without prejudice to the Former Husband filing a separate action seeking an equitable lien, filing a suit for unjust enrichment, or pursuing any other available remedies in order to obtain the relief sought in the underlying action.

AFFIRMED.

EVANDER, C.J., EDWARDS, and HARRIS, JJ., concur.
