Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Mahaska County, Daniel P. Wilson, Judge.
The plaintiff executor in a declaratory judgment action to construe a decedent's will appeals a grant, on cross motions for summary judgment, of summary judgment in favor of a defendant beneficiary/heir-at-law of the decedent. AFFIRMED.

Upon our review for correction of errors of law, see Koenigs v. Mitchell County Bd. of Supervisors, 659 N.W.2d 589, 592 (Iowa 2003) ("The proper scope of review of a case in equity resulting in summary judgment is for correction of errors of law."), we affirm the judgment of the district court. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.24(1), (4).
