ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On May 16, 2022, petitioner's counsel, Martin D. Hauptman, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. Mr. Hauptman states in his motion that respondent has no objection to the granting of that motion. Although petitioner was provided an opportunity to file an objection, if any, to the motion to withdraw as counsel, no response has been received from petitioner.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw as counsel, filed May 16, 2022, is granted and Martin D. Hauptman is withdrawn as petitioner's counsel in this case.
