CONSENT ORDER
This matter came on before the Court on motion of Solomon and Weinberg LLP, counsel for plaintiff Gordon Ferguson of Delaware, Inc. ("Plaintiff") for an order requiring defendant/judgment debtor Celia Hirsch ("Mrs. Hirsch") to turn over to Solomon and Weinberg LLP as attorneys for Plaintiff any and all artwork possessed by Mrs. Hirsch (both artwork created and owned by Mrs. Hirsch and artwork owned, but not created by, Mrs. Hirsch) wherever such artwork may be situated; and Mrs. Hirsch, through her counsel, Wachtel Masyr, LLP having consented to the relief requested in Plaintiff's motion; and Mrs. Hirsch representing to Plaintiff and to the Court by her Affidavit (the "Hirsch Affidavit") a copy of which is annexed hereto, that the list and photographs annexed to the Hirsch Affidavit as Exhibit A are a list and depiction of any and all artwork owned by her (the "Hirsch Artworks"), and for good cause shown,
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, AGREED AND SO ORDERED that:
1. Mrs. Hirsch shall (a) maintain and safeguard the Hirsch Artworks either at the Celia Hirsch Gallery or at her residence in Chappaqua, New York, and (b) turnover to Plaintiff's counsel at its offices at 900 Third Avenue, New York, New York, all the Hirsch Artworks on seventy-two (72) hours' written notice to her counsel from Plaintiff or its counsel.
2. From and after this date, Mrs. Hirsch shall not, directly or indirectly, transfer, assign, convey, pledge, sell or otherwise dispose of or encumber, any of the Hirsch Artworks, or any interest therein, without further order of this Court.
