Opinion

March 22, 1943.

In an action for divorce, plaintiff was awarded alimony of $200 a month for the support of herself and her infant son, and counsel fees of $350. Defendant appeals. On this record it may not be said that the award of alimony is excessive. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
