On September 1, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Petitioner has not filed any response to respondent's motion despite the Court's order issued on September 9, 2022.

This case was called from the calendar for the remote trial session of the Court on September 26, 2022, at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before October 26, 2022, show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted and a decision entered in this case.
