DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Ivan Gordan for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 27, 2021, to impose a sanction upon the respondent's counsel, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, including a waiver of the filing fee, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
