ORDER

Before the Court is deputy official court reporter Yolanda Atkins's May 13, 2020 request for additional time to file the reporter's record. In her request, Ms. Atkins notes the reporter's record is complete but that she has been instructed by the Clerk of the Court to file the record by mailing it through the United States Postal Service. We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record due within seven days of the date of this order. Once she has mailed the record, Ms. Atkins shall provide the Court with tracking information for verification purposes.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Lela Mays, Presiding Judge, 283rd Judicial District Court; to Vearneas Faggett, office court reporter, 283rd Judicial District Court; Yolanda Atkins, official deputy court reporter; and to counsel for all parties.
