DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent Ilene Silverstein on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated February 3, 2011, to strike all or portions of appellants' brief, or, in the alternative, for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion seeking an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief is granted, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 21 days of the date of this decision and order; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellants, if they be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the date that the respondent's brief is due to be served pursuant to this decision and order; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent's motion is otherwise denied.
