DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Greenwald Law Offices, counsel for respondents on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered February 3, 2011, for leave to withdraw as counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondents' time to serve and file a respondents' brief is enlarged to 21 days from the date of this decision and order; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellants, if they be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days of the date that the respondents' brief is due to be served and filed pursuant to this decision and order.
