PRESENT:

Tilden Marcellus, LLC having moved to be substituted as a party in place of SWEPI, L.P., and for other relief, in the appeals taken herein from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Erie County, entered June 25, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Tilden Marcellus, LLC is substituted as a respondent-appellant in place of SWEPI, LP, and

It is further ORDERED that the brief and any other documents previously filed by SWEPI, LP are accepted on behalf of Tilden Marcellus, LLC.
