ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted remotely, commencing on Monday, November 1, 2021, for cases in which Baltimore, Maryland is listed as the place of trial. On October 22, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the format and timing of the trial. The Court has determined that an in-person trial format will serve the interests of justice. Accordingly, at a later date and time to be determined by the Court in consultation with the parties, the Court will set the trial at a special session which will be held in Washington, D.C.

Further, the Court encourages Mr. Goodwill-Oikerhe to register for electronic access (eAccess) so that he may electronically file and view documents in his Tax Court case. He may register for eAccess by emailing dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from trial at the November 1, 2021, remote trial session of the Court for cases in which Baltimore, Maryland is listed as the place of trial. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction of this case.
