Opinion filed April 8, 1940

DIVORCE, § 168alimony, solicitor's fees and division of bank account. In action for divorce, where there was evidence that defendant had bank account of $400 derived from wedding gifts, defendant earned about $45 per week, and plaintiff had no means of her own and only worked occasionally on Saturdays, lower court should have allowed plaintiff 1/2 of the $400, $75 for solicitor's fees, and alimony in a reasonable sum.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. STANLEY H. KLARKOWSKI, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in first division, first district, this court at October term, 1939.
