Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from a decision of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, dated October 22, 2021, deemed a motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal for failure to prosecute.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of an affidavit setting forth a potentially meritorious appeal on or before March 31, 2023.
