Order so far as appealed from granting plaintiff's motion for examination of defendants-appellants before trial, and for inspection of books and records of said defendants, unanimously modified by striking out items 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 21 and 29, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
