Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Callahan and Peck, JJ.


Order unanimously modified by providing that defendant Meyer Nitzberg furnish an undertaking in the sum of $3,804.42 and interest from June 16, 1936, to date, in lieu of the undertaking required in the order appealed from, as a condition for the opening of his default, and, as so modified, affirmed without costs. Settle order on notice.
