ORDER


For the reasons stated in the foregoing Memorandum Opinion, it is this 14th day of January, 2005, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED that:

1. The motion by Defendant STS Loan Management, Inc. to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (Paper 9) BE, and the same hereby IS, DENIED;

2. The motion by Plaintiff Corlice Goode for leave to file an amended complaint (Paper 12) BE, and the same hereby IS, GRANTED;

3. The motion by Plaintiff to strike the Boone affidavit (Paper 11) BE, and the same hereby IS, GRANTED; and

4. The clerk will transmit copies of this Order and Memorandum Opinion to counsel for the parties.
