Jul 7, 1999
734 So. 2d 1207 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1999)

Opinion

No. 99-1672.

Opinion filed July 7, 1999.

An Appeal under Fla.R.App.P. 9.140 (i) from the Circuit Court of Dade County, Pedro P. Echarte, Jr., Judge.

Marlon A. Gonzalez, in proper person.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, for appellee.

Before JORGENSON, LEVY, and FLETCHER, JJ.

We affirm the trial court's denial of Gonzalez' motion filed pursuant to Rule 3.800, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. However, we remand the case to the trial court for the correction of the date of sentencing on the scoresheet as it is presently filled in as January 27, 1997, whereas the correct date is January 27, 1998.

Affirmed.
