District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
May 20, 1986
488 So. 2d 171 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1986)

Opinion

No. 85-582.

May 20, 1986.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Ronald M. Friedman, Judge.

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender, and Gelber, Glass Durant and N. Joseph Durant, Sp. Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen. and Michael J. Neimand, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and BASKIN and JORGENSON, JJ.

In light of the overwhelming evidence of Gonzalez's guilt, we find that the error, if any, was harmless. State v. Marshall, 476 So.2d 150 (Fla. 1985).

Affirmed.
