Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was originally due October 29, 2023. On May 24, 2024, the trial court removed appointed counsel Daniel Oliphant and appointed attorney Shana Faulhaber to represent appellant. As of the date of this order, appellant's brief has not been filed.

We ORDER appellant's counsel, Shana Faulhaber, to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief no later than JULY 24, 2024. If appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief are not filed by that date, the Court may abate the appeal for the trial court to make findings pursuant to Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8(b)(2). See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
