Mario Angel GONZALEZ, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 49th Judicial District Court, Webb County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2017CRB001360-D1
Honorable Jose A. Lopez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Multiple court reporters were responsible for taking and preparing the reporter's record in this case. Twenty-nine volumes of the reporter's record have been filed. However, part of the reporter's record, a pre-trial hearing (status conference) that took place on July 20, 2018, may be missing. The trial court's docket sheet shows that Gay Richey was the court reporter responsible for taking the reporter's record on July 20, 2018.

Our clerk's office has contacted Ms. Richey and notified her that the reporter's record from the July 20, 2018 hearing is overdue. To date, Ms. Richey has not filed a notification of late record or, if no record was taken, a written notice stating that no record was taken on July 20, 2018.

We, therefore, ORDER Ms. Richey to file, on or before Wednesday, November 6, 2019, either the reporter's record of the July 20, 2018 pre-trial hearing or an appropriate written response to this order.

Irene Rios, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 30th day of October, 2019.
